Rates schedule:

• Super-Early Bird with 30% discount on Standard Rate - for only 10 registrations received between July 01 and September 15, 2025, on first come, first serve basis - with 30% deposits received immediately after your registration, and the remaining payment received by November 15, 2025 

• Early Bird with 20% discount on Standard Rate - for further 25 registrations received between September 16 and October 31, 2025  - with 30% deposits received immediately after your registration, and the remaining payment received by December 15, 2025 

• Standard Rate - for all registrations received between November 01, 2025 and January 31, 2026, with 30% deposits received immeditely after registration and full payment received by Jan 31¸ 2026.

• Last Minute - for all registrations with 100% payments received between February 01 and March 10, 2026
